- What age is Dream Seekers best for?

Dream Seekers is designed predominately for the tween age group. Depending on your individual child though, we say Dream Seekers would suit children 8-13 years old.

This is simply a recommendation, which of course depends on individual children and their families. While we don't believe any of the content is inappropriate for a 7 year old, it might just have language or themes you haven't shared or spoken about yet. Things like, challenging the societal norm of being 'nice', people-pleasing, sticking up for yourself, incorporating rituals into your life, or understanding the cycle of the moon, just to share some examples. None of this is inappropriate by any means, but might just not 'grab' her attention yet. You can always sign up, get the first letter, see the content inside the online portal, and decide to cancel your membership and try again in 6 or 12 months. Or, you can take the opportunity to really make this a joint experience and enjoy the letters and resources together side by side.

- When will my child receive their first letter?

Our magic mail goes out in the first week of every month. When you sign up you'll be added to the postal list and your child will get the next available letter. If you sign up in the middle of December for example, your child will get the January letter. However, they will have access to the portal immediately.

For the very first round, our initial launch period is between 5th-25th September, and then first letters will go out the first week of October.

- I missed the first letter, can I still sign up?

Of course! Dream Seekers is evergreen, meaning you can sign up at absolutely any time! Our initial launch was just to build the hype and get lots of Starries signed up for the first letter.

- My child identifies as non-binary, but I notice all your language mentions girls, can they still join?

While we sometimes use the words 'girl', 'she/her' and 'sisterhood', if your child's heart feels called to our galaxy, they are welcome here. We mix our language with words like 'Starry', 'Dreamer', 'soul' etc.

We celebrate every Starry, whatever their identity, story, or star-name may be. Our circle is held together by kindness, courage, authenticity, curiosity, and wonder.

And it is brighter because it is not the same. We honour:

- I don't live in Australia, can I still sign up?

YES! We would LOVE international Starries! Please note there is a different price point for those outside Australia to cover international postage, and when we have Zoom calls two different times will be provided to try and cater for multiple time zones.

- Can I sign up multiple children? How does that work?

Yes. Once you sign up your first child, you will receive an email with a discount code for your other Starries.

As the online membership accounts are parent led accounts, you can either have different children signed up with different email addresses (if you personally have more than one) or, to save on admin you can use your account for all children to access the resources. Please be aware that children are asked to use a code name for the membership portal for safety and privacy reasons, so you could create a family code name that everyone uses.

- Are the letters like extra homework? We already have enough to do.

Absolutely not. The magic mail your child gets is simply for them to have, to enjoy and to keep. It might be an encouraging postcard, or an empowering and insightful letter. It might be a fun sticker pack with a note. They are a message from us to them saying "We see you, we're thinking of you, and you're one of us."

*Can I also suggest that if you feel like your week is so full of extra activities and things you must do, that you are the perfect person to sign your Starry up for this. She needs this slowing down and reflection time.*

- Is the online portal safe? What software are you using?

The membership is being hosted in a Mighty Networks membership space which we are loving. This is NOT social media, is not linked to social media, and is in our belief, the safest way we could create the experience we dreamed of.

We have put in as many measures as we possibly can to create a safe place online for your child. We have a Child Online Safety Policy that is available to anyone who would like to see it (please email to request), have completed risk assessments, have Terms and Conditions for parents to meet. Many settings in the online membership portal have been disabled such as direct messaging between members, location settings have been turned off, and multi authentication settings have been turned on. Lots of work has gone into being thorough in the set up. Please remember this is a parent led account, and is designed for parents to work in partnership with Evie to monitor this space.

- Can I cancel at any time?

Of course. The subscription is an automatic monthly payment that you can stop at any time. Once you cancel you'll be removed from the portal and our postal list.

- Can I gift this to someone else?

We are hoping to have a 3 month and 6 month membership gifting option ready for Christmas!
