Frequently Asked Questions
- What age is Dream Seekers + Little Dreamers best for?
Dream Seekers is designed predominately for the tween age group. Depending on your individual child though, we say Dream Seekers would suit children 8-13 years old.
This is simply a recommendation, which of course depends on individual children and their families. While we don't believe any of the content is inappropriate for a 7 year old, it might just have language or themes you haven't shared or spoken about yet. Things like, challenging the societal norm of being 'nice', people-pleasing, sticking up for yourself, incorporating rituals into your life, or understanding the cycle of the moon, just to share some examples. None of this is inappropriate by any means, but might just not 'grab' her attention yet. You can always sign up, get the first letter, and decide to cancel your membership and try again in 6 or 12 months. Or, you can take the opportunity to really make this a joint experience and enjoy the letters and resources together side by side.

- When will my child receive their first letter?
Our magic mail goes out in the first week of every month. When you sign up you'll be added to the postal list and your child will get the next available letter. If you sign up in the middle of December for example, your child will get the January letter.
- I missed the first letter, can I still sign up?
Of course! Dream Seekers + Little Dreamers is evergreen, meaning you can sign up at absolutely any time!
- My child identifies as non-binary, but I notice all your language mentions girls, can they still join?
While we sometimes use the words 'girl', 'she/her' and 'sisterhood', if your child's heart feels called to our galaxy, they are welcome here. We mix our language with words like 'Starry', 'Dreamer', 'soul' etc.
We celebrate every Starry, whatever their identity, story, or star-name may be. Our circle is held together by kindness, courage, authenticity, curiosity, and wonder.
And it is brighter because it is not the same. We honour:

We know that magic blooms in diversity. And Stardust Squad and Dream Seekers is a place where those differences are not just accepted, but cherished, uplifted, and celebrated.
- I don't live in Australia, can I still sign up?
YES! We LOVE international Starries! And it's the same price - bonus!
- Can I sign up multiple children? How does that work?
Of course! We have lots of sister Starries that each get their own letter sent to the same house.
- Are the letters like extra homework? We already have enough to do.
Absolutely not. The magic mail your child gets is simply for them to have, to enjoy and to keep. It might be an encouraging postcard, or an empowering and insightful letter. It might be a fun sticker pack with a note. They are a message from us to them saying "We see you, we're thinking of you, and you're one of us."
*Can I also suggest that if you feel like your week is so full of extra activities and things you must do, that you are the perfect person to sign your Starry up for this. She needs this slowing down and reflection time.*
- Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. The subscription is an automatic monthly payment that you can stop at any time. Once you cancel you'll be removed from our postal list.
